At Secretlab, we are committed to your comfort and offer a 49-day return period for all our ergonomic chairs and desks to ensure you are fully satisfied with your setup. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our Support Portal and submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your Secretlab product and secure it in its original packaging, ensuring all tools and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated courier location; please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item and confirms it meets our return criteria, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
