What is the warranty coverage on Secretlab products?

We offer a 3-year limited warranty on all chairs, which can be extended to 5 years via our Extended Warranty Program. This covers all functional parts of the chair but excludes aesthetic wear and tear.

Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?

Yes, we offer a 49-day return policy. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Are Secretlab chairs easy to assemble?

Every chair comes with a detailed step-by-step assembly guide and a toolkit. Most users find they can fully assemble their chair in approximately 15-20 minutes.
